The Role
You will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, hiring exceptional people across two critical areas:
- Sales Representatives – The heart of our customer experience at 130+ stores nationwide
- Back Office Positions – The engine that supports our operations, from marketing to finance

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for retail and corporate roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand talent needs
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for store expansion and seasonal demands
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or agency
- Direct experience recruiting for fashion, beauty, or retail businesses – this is essential
- Proven ability to hire both frontline retail staff and corporate professionals
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assess cultural fit
- Fluent in Thai; English proficiency is a plus

The Role
This isn't mass-market CRM. This is relationship craftsmanship.
You'll be the architect of meaningful connections with our most valued customers—designing campaigns that feel personal, not promotional. From our VIP collectors in Bangkok to our loyal customers across Thailand's regions, you'll create experiences that make every customer feel like our only customer.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute targeted campaigns for VIP and high-value customer segments
- Develop differentiated engagement strategies for Bangkok metropolitan and regional customers
- Create lifecycle programs that deepen customer relationships across multiple segments
- Collaborate with store teams to translate CRM insights into personalized in-store experiences
- Build segmentation frameworks that balance creativity with commercial results
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on customer response and business outcomes
Who You Are
Your Background
- 5+ years in CRM, Customer Marketing, or Loyalty Management
- Experience in retail, jewelry, luxury goods, or hospitality—industries where every customer matters
- Proven track record in VIP customer management and premium segment marketing
Your Strengths
- Creative yet structured—you design campaigns that surprise and delight, backed by solid execution plans
- Segment-focused mindset—you understand that different customers need different approaches
- Relationship-first thinking—you measure success in customer loyalty, not just open rates
- Comfortable with data analysis to inform decisions (you don't need to be a data scientist, but you know how to read the story numbers tell)
