Personal information policy for organizing events

Event / Campaign Privacy Notice: For event registration

Jubilee Enterprise Public Company Limited (“the Company”) as an event organizer ( Event / Campaign) would like to inform those who are interested in joining the event that in organizing each event, the Company is required to collect your personal information, including ( 1) First name, Last name ( 2) Contact information (such as telephone number or email) ( 3) Other personal information that you may provide to the Company via the registration form or application form (which may include but is not limited to information on your interests and other qualifications) ( 4) Your identification documents in cases where the Company specifies as a condition for eligibility to join the event or for the preparation of the Company’s accounting and tax documents, and may include ( 5) photos of your participation in the event or receipt of prizes.

 

The Company is required to collect personal data as specified for the following purposes: (1) for registration, (2) to consider your qualifications and suitability to participate in the event according to the event conditions as the Company may specify, (3) to communicate and coordinate between the Company and you, (4) to confirm your rights and identity to participate in the organized event, (5) to prepare accounting and tax documents (as applicable, especially in cases where you may win prizes from participating in the event), and (6) to prepare public relations media for the event organized by the Company through the Company's various communication channels. The Company reserves the right to collect, compile, use, process and store your registration data for the period necessary to organize the event and for the period required by law for which the Company is required to do so.

 

The Company guarantees the security of your personal data by not disclosing your personal data to any other person, except to external service providers who provide services to the Company in organizing activities directly. Event Photo Privacy Notice: For taking photos of event atmosphere.

Jubilee Enterprise Public Company Limited (“the Company”) would like to inform the participants that during the activity, the Company will take pictures, whether still or moving pictures, of the participants in the activity to use such pictures as media for public relations of the Company through various communication channels, whether directly through the Company’s channels or through other media channels. The Company will collect the information of the participants only as long as it is necessary for the Company’s business operations. The Company guarantees that it will not act in a manner that may affect your rights as the data owner excessively and guarantees the security of your personal data by not disclosing your personal data to other parties, except for disclosing to external service providers who provide services to the Company in organizing the activity directly. The public relations media that may include your personal data may be disclosed as the Company’s public relations media.

 

If you do not wish to have your picture taken, you may inform the Company’s staff of your intention at the registration point or you may clearly state your intention to refuse to have your picture taken.
