Warranty Terms and Services

After-Sales Service: You can bring the product along with the warranty certificate to any Jubilee Diamond store for service. You can check the list of store locations at www.jubileediamond.co.th/store_locations.

Cleaning Service: We offer free cleaning services for the product throughout its lifetime.

Plating Service: We provide free plating services up to 2 times within 2 years (from the date mentioned in the warranty certificate).

Ring Size Adjustment Service:

For rings made of 18K gold (750/1000), you can use the size adjustment service for up to 2 sizes free of charge, up to 2 times within 2 years. (from the date mentioned in the warranty certificate).

For rings made of Silver 925, you may use the size adjustment service, with applicable charges according to the terms and conditions.

Change in Weight or Size of the Product: In the event that the product is sent for service, the weight of the gold or the size of the product may change from the information provided in the warranty certificate.

Using the Warranty Certificate for Service: Please bring the warranty certificate every time you bring the product in for service. If the warranty certificate is not available, the company reserves the right to charge service fees according to the terms and conditions.

Issuance of a New Warranty Certificate: The company reserves the right not to issue a new warranty certificate under any circumstances.

Product Exchange or Return Policy: The company reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns under all circumstances.

Note: In cases of damage caused by wear or use, customers may need to pay additional charges for repairs or related services, such as the cost of diamonds or gold for the setting, etc.
