The company was registered as a limited company under the name Jubilee Enterprises Company Limited on November 3, 1993, with an initial registered capital of 10,000,000.00 Baht.   • Mr. Viroj Pornprakit founded the company named "Jubilee Enterprise Company Limited" with a registered capital of 10,000,000 Baht, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 100 Baht per share.
1994
  • Opened the first diamond counter branch at Yaohan Department Store, marking the first expansion of a counter sales channel in the diamond jewelry retail business in Thailand.
1995
  • The company began operating in a franchise-like branch model in Bangkok, its vicinity, and the central region, before expanding to the northern and northeastern regions. This marked the first time in Thailand that this type of sales model was applied to the diamond jewelry business, with a total of 10 branches.
1997
  • Adjusted sales strategies and began expanding distribution channels by opening counters in major department stores such as Central, Robinson, The Mall, and local department stores, totaling 15 branches.
2001
  • Implemented a joint marketing plan with credit card companies by showcasing and distributing products through advertising mail, a first for the jewelry retail business.
2003
  • To expand distribution channels into other provinces, the company added counter-type branches in large department stores and hypermarts, such as Tesco Lotus and Big C. By the end of 2003, there were a total of 37 branches.

2007
  • Establish diamond trading standards by educating customers about the reliability of international certifications from internationally recognized institutions. Begin by selling 1-carat diamonds accompanied by HRD (Hoge Raad voor Diamant) Certificates, issued by the Diamond High Council of Belgium, to provide customers with greater confidence compared to traditional diamond sales.
  • Open the first HRD Diamond Center in Thailand, a jewelry retail center specializing exclusively in diamonds with HRD certifications, located at the Pan Pacific Hotel Bangkok.
  • Collaborate with Krungthai Leasing Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of Krungthai Bank, to sell the company's diamond jewelry through all Krungthai Bank branches, allowing buyers to pay for products in installments through Krungthai Bank's channels.
  • The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2550 on November 26, 2007, passed a special resolution to increase the registered capital from 10,000,000 Baht to 40,000,000 Baht, divided into 400,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 100 Baht per share.
  • Acquired the inventory of Petch Jubilee Limited Partnership, a related party whose managing partner is Mr. Sunthorn Pornprakrit, father of Mr. Viroj Pornprakrit, the company's Vice President and CEO.   • The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2551 on April 30, 2551, passed a special resolution to increase the registered capital from 40,000,000 Baht to 120,000,000 Baht, divided into 1,200,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 100 Baht per share.
  • The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 2/2551 on June 5, 2551, passed a special resolution to convert the company into a public limited company and change the par value of ordinary shares from 100 Baht per share to 1 Baht per share.
  • The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 3/2551 on June 20, 2551, passed a special resolution to increase the registered capital from 120,000,000 Baht to 175,000,000 Baht by issuing 55,000,000 new ordinary shares. Of these, 15,000,000 new ordinary shares were allocated for sale to specific investors, 35,000,000 shares for offering to the general public, and another 5,000,000 shares were reserved for the exercise of warrants to be issued to employees. The paid-up registered capital was 120,000,000 Baht.
  • On September 2, 2551, K-SME Co., Ltd., a joint venture under the supervision of Kaokla Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., purchased 15,000,000 new ordinary shares reserved for specific investors, resulting in a paid-up registered capital of 135,000,000 Baht.

  • On November 5, 2010, the company registered a change in its paid-up capital resulting from the exercise of rights under the warrants to purchase ordinary shares allocated to the directors and employees of the company, Series 1, from the original 170,000,000 baht to 171,121,500 baht, with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce.
  • The company expanded its branches from 73 to 78 as of December 31, 2010.
2011

  • On November 20, 2013, the Company received 3 SET Awards 2013: the Best CEO Award, the Best Investor Relations Award for the second consecutive year, and the Best Performance Award for the second consecutive year, organized by the Stock Exchange of Thailand in collaboration with Money & Banking magazine.

2014
  • On September 11, 2014, HRD Antwerp, the world's leading gemological institute from Antwerp, the global diamond capital of Belgium, awarded "Jubilee" diamonds the world-renowned "HRD Antwerp Certified Diamond Jeweller" award. Jubilee is the first in the world to receive this award due to its exceptional product quality and world-class service, as well as its transparent and auditable management.
  • On September 30, 2014, Mr. Viroj Pornprakit, CEO, and his team traveled to Antwerp, Belgium, to receive the HRD Antwerp Diamond Ambassador award from the HRD Antwerp Institute of Gemmology. Ms. Cathy Bercx, Governor of Antwerp, presented the award and provided a warm welcome.
  • This honor makes him the first person in the world to receive this award and brings fame to Thailand, earning international recognition. This is an excellent opportunity to build on this success by promoting and encouraging innovation and elevating the standards of Thai diamond jewelry to an international level.
  • On November 27, 2014, the company received two SET Awards 2014: the SET Award of Honor for Outstanding Investor Relations for the third consecutive year and the Best Performance Award for the third consecutive year. These awards were presented by the Stock Exchange of Thailand in collaboration with Money & Banking magazine.

2015
  • On June 19, 2015, the Company officially launched "JUBILEE OF SIAM," its first and largest flagship store in Thailand, and also the largest diamond boutique in Southeast Asia.
  • On August 11, 2015, the Company's Board of Directors unanimously resolved to appoint Ms. Anyarat Pornprakrit as Chief Executive Officer, recognizing her dedication and outstanding performance over the past 10 years as a leader in the diamond jewelry retail business. This is further affirmed by numerous prestigious national awards she has received, bringing renown and recognition to Jubilee. She fully meets the qualifications outlined in the succession plan for senior executives.
  • On November 25, 2015, the Company received the SET Award of Honor for Outstanding Investor Relations for the fourth consecutive year at the SET Awards 2015, organized by the Stock Exchange of Thailand in collaboration with Money & Banking Magazine.

2016
  • The Company entered into an agreement with Forevermark Limited regarding the exclusive license to distribute products under the FOREVERMARK brand in Thailand, launching its first branch in Thailand at Paragon Department Store on February 10, 2016.
  • On October 6, 2016, the Company received an award and a certificate recognizing it as an "Outstanding Innovative Organization" in the service sector for 2016 from the National Innovation Agency (Public Organization) or NIA, Ministry of Science and Technology. This was a collaborative project with the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the MAI Stock Exchange, and the College of Management, Mahidol University, following a research team's visit and assessment of its innovation potential. The Company was the sole retail business to receive this award.

2017
  • As of December 31, 2017, there were 125 branches nationwide.
2018
  • On October 20, 2018, the company launched its new technology, "JUBILEE iMOMENT," which integrates AI to record the wearer's stories through diamond jewelry, a world first.
  • On November 27, 2018, Ms. Anyarat Pornprakit, Chief Executive Officer, received the Young Rising Star CEO Award at the SET AWARD 2018.
  • As of December 31, 2018, there were 130 branches nationwide.

2019
  • On September 23, 2019, the Company launched e-commerce, a new distribution channel under the name www.jubileediamond.co.th. This sales channel helps reach customers who prefer online shopping, as well as customers in areas where the Company does not have branches.
  • On October 3, 2019, the Company launched the “LINE Friends Collection,” a diamond jewelry line made from silver. The Company's strategy is to position this as diamond jewelry for a new customer group: millennials aged approximately 18-29 who have purchasing power and can afford the products, as prices start at 2,900 Baht. This customer group is expected to become valuable customers for the Company in the future.


2020
  • On August 17, 2020, the company was selected by Forbes magazine as one of Asia's 200 Best Under A Billion 2020. It was one of 19 Thai companies chosen as one of the 200 best publicly traded companies in Asia with revenues under one billion US dollars for 2020, based on strong revenue and profit growth for at least three consecutive years and solid average return per share over the past five years.
  • On December 15, 2020, the company received the SET Awards 2020 for Outstanding Investor Relations, organized by the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

2021
  • In 2021, the Company expanded its branches to include 2 leased locations nationwide, as follows:
  1. Central Department Store, Sriracha Branch
  2. Central Department Store, Ayutthaya Branch
    And as of December 31, 2021, there were a total of 128 branches nationwide.

2022
  • The company has 130 branches covering and reaching customers throughout Thailand. In addition to opening new branches, the company is also renovating existing branches in high-potential areas, such as Central Rama 2, to be more spacious and accommodate more customers.
2023
  • The Company received the Thailand's Best Managed Companies award from Deloitte Thailand, which is presented to companies with excellent management in four areas: strategy, capabilities and innovation, corporate culture and commitment, as well as corporate governance and finance. Companies applying for the program must go through a rigorous selection process by an independent judging panel in each country. The evaluation process for the award follows the guidelines of the international awards program, which Deloitte has organized in 46 countries worldwide for over 25 years.
  • The Company received a "Very Good" rating in Corporate Governance Report (CGR) for this year, an improvement from last year's "Good" rating.

2024
  • On November 29, 2024, the company organized the “LOVE 100 Diamonds, The Diamond of a Lifetime” event, announcing a significant collaboration with LOVE100 Diamonds, a global Belgian diamond brand. They launched the "LOVE100" brand of round diamonds cut with 100 facets, renowned for their impeccable brilliance and 25% higher sparkle than regular round diamonds. This is guaranteed by world-class cutting innovation from Tolkowsky Craftsman, the family who created the standard round brilliant diamond cut proportions that are still used today.
  • On November 8, 2025, Ms. Anyarat Pornprakit, Chief Executive Officer, received the “Asia’s Top Outstanding Woman Marketeer of the Year 2024” award from the Asia Marketing Federation (AMF), reflecting her dynamic leadership, innovative approach, and marketing strategies that effectively address consumer behavior and needs.
  • On November 1, 2024, the "Jubilee Online Store" was launched, a new platform with a modern and international feel, integrating the brand site with the shopping site on a single platform, meeting the demand for accessible diamond jewelry anytime, anywhere.
  • On October 8, 2024, Ms. Anyarat Pornprakit, Chief Executive Officer, received the HOWE Smart CEO Award 2024, an award recognizing business leaders with outstanding ability in managing and developing companies for continuous growth.
  • On August 13, 2024, the company received the Thailand’s Best Managed Companies award for the second consecutive year from Deloitte Thailand.
