We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales & Client Advisor to join our team.
Your Opportunity
You will drive store sales by delivering Jubilee’s premium customer experience, acting as a brand ambassador, and working closely with the management team to represent our image of prestige and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver a premium shopping experience and provide professional advice on diamonds (the 4Cs) and luxury jewelry.
- Present product collections and current promotions effectively to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Manage customer care, including coordinating jewelry repairs, resizing, or cleaning requests.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, manage visual merchandising displays, and ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Participate in corporate training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, fashion trends, and advanced sales techniques.
Who You Are
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced multinational brand environment is preferred.
- Strong product/fashion sensitivity and knowledge of luxury lifestyle trends.
- Target-driven, responsible, and a great team player who works well under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English.
